What is BruPages?

BruPages is a business and information discovery platform for Brunei. It helps people find businesses, services, products, places, events and useful local information in one place.

Is BruPages free to use?

Yes! Searching is free for everyone, and you can list, claim and verify your business at no cost. If you want to go further, you can upgrade to Business Suite to unlock extras like business analytics. Check our Pricing page for the latest prices.

What is the BruPages WhatsApp AI?

Simply text "Hi" to 743 0000 and tell it what you're looking for. It will point you to matching businesses on BruPages in seconds.

Why do I need a Brunei phone number to sign up?

To keep your account safe! You'll need a Brunei mobile number (+673) to sign up, and we'll send a one-time code to confirm it's really you.

I didn't receive my verification code or email. What should I do?

No worries. Double-check your phone number or email address, and have a look in your spam or junk folder. Codes expire after a short time, so just request a new one if yours has expired.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime. It will first be deactivated for 30 days, and if you change your mind, simply log back in to reactivate it.

My business is already on BruPages. How do I claim it?

Easy! Search for your business, open its listing and submit a claim with the details requested. We'll review it and let you know once it's approved.

Why is my business already listed on BruPages?

Good news, customers can already find you! We've listed local businesses using publicly available information so people can easily discover them. Simply claim your listing to update your details and showcase your business your way.

My business isn't on BruPages. How do I add it?

Sign in and add your business from your dashboard by filling in its details. Once we've reviewed it, your business will be live for everyone to find.

Someone else has claimed my business. What can I do?

You can raise a dispute from the listing. We'll look into it and get in touch with both parties before making a decision.

Is there a limit to how many businesses I can add?

No limits! You can add or claim as many businesses as you want to showcase your projects or products. Verified Businesses can also add as many branches as they need.

What is a Verified Business and how do I become one?

Claiming lets you manage your listing, while verifying takes it one step further. Submit your business registration documents from your dashboard, and once approved, you'll get a Verified badge and be able to add branches, buy ad units, advertise and post events.

I sell online and don't have a physical shop. Can I still be listed?

Of course! Create an Online Business listing and connect your Instagram or TikTok account, then pick which posts or videos you want to show. Just note that Online Businesses can't become Verified Businesses, as they don't have registration documents.

How do tags work?

Tags are a 'powerful' tagging feature for potential customers to easily find your business. You may create tags and be found when the tags match the searches from the potential customers. Examples of tags are 'students promo', 'special discount' or even 'support local'. So 'abuse' your tags well.

How do I apply for badges for my business?

You may do so anytime from your 'Business Profile' page. Badges are optional, but they help your listing stand out! Some, like accepted payment methods, show up straight away, while others need us to check your business records first.

How do I share my business listing with others?

You can easily share your business listing by copying your URL and/or generating your QR code, then sharing it via a direct link or by embedding it on websites and social media platforms. You can even customise your QR code's colour and download it as PNG or SVG.

What is Business Suite?

Business Suite is our paid monthly plan that helps you understand how customers find and interact with your business. You'll get access to business analytics, including an AI-generated performance report.

How can I pay?

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard, which is instant, and you can save your card for next time. Prefer bank transfer? Just upload your payment slip and we'll confirm it before your purchase is activated.

Can I downgrade my subscription back to the Free plan?

Sure, you can downgrade anytime and still enjoy your Business Suite features, such as analytics, until the end of your billing period. Payments can be refunded within 24 hours; after that, they are non-refundable.

How do I advertise on BruPages?

If you're a Verified Business, simply top up ad units (our advertising credits, minimum 50 units) from your dashboard and spend them on ads and events. Units expire 30 days after purchase, top-ups can be refunded within 24 hours, and every ad is reviewed before it goes live.

Can I post ads on a free plan?

Absolutely! You just need to be a verified business and spend ad units for your ad.
